For people with no or limited pole dance experience, this 6-week course is where we learn how to take flight! We will cover some basic spins, transitions, and floorwork, as well as start conditioning exercises for more advanced pole tricks.
No previous pole or dance experience is necessary for Level 1! All fitness levels are welcome!
What to wear/bring
Class is taught in bare feet or clean indoor running shoes. Attire is dance, fitness, or yoga wear, anything that you can move comfortably in. You may want to wear pants that cover the back of the knee when first learning pole dance, skin sticks to the pole which is great when we are learning to climb and sit on the pole but can be a little uncomfortable when learning to spin! We have cold, filtered water available at the studio but to reduce waste please bring your own bottle.
Please make sure not to have any oils or lotions on your hands before coming to class, they will prevent you from being able to grip the pole properly!

Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 students (2 students to a pole). You must pre-book your spot in the class. With taxes the 6-week course comes to $94.50. Please put the date of the class you are registering for in the message box.

$99/month + GST – Limited Membership, maximum 12 classes per 30 days
